If bullet hits this invisible "block", it gives an output, which can be used in many ways. Used for various minigames, can be used as some form of input. Uses func_brush and func_breakable. You can change some of the func_ properties, such as material of func_breakable or add more outputs, delays etc.

also when i copy the animation files, do i delete the lookat animation already present in the 1.6 model's qc file, and do i rename the lookat.smd file?
i dont think that you need to do anything with the 1.6 qc file because you need just the files to get decompiled
I am trying to convert a default knife (with custom animations) from cs 1.6 to cs:go, but there arent enough animations in the animations folder, how do i rename them correctly, and is it even possible?
it is weird that the default skin has more animations than the csgo one, but it is certainly possible. the first way would be simply skipping some of them (just not mapping some at all), the second way would be to possibly somehow combine them into one animation, for that you most likely would have to use some tool. i’m not sure that the game allows custom animation types - in that case you would possibly want to define your entire own weapon type (which i am also not sure is possible in csgo, but i think it might).
@@PolishCZE i tried to map some but not all, it worked but the timings etc got weird so i need to find the correct ones to map them, and i think i will need to change the fps aswell

WARNING: If you decompile the map like this, watch out that the ladders will most likely NOT function in game. You have to replace all the "func_ladder" entities with some ladder brush (something like "tools/toolsinvisibleladder").
